Campus Organizations

Working for Whitewater’s Wellness (W3) works in unison with the UW-Whitewater campus, faculty, staff, and student population.  As a UWW student, there are several opportunities for campus involvement through Career and Leadership Development, including campus jobs, intramural teams, volunteer opportunities, or Greek societies.  Join one of more than 200 student organizations offered at UWW, hand-tailored to meet your educational, personal, or social needs.

If you are interested in health and wellness opportunities in particular, consider joining one of the following student committees:

Helping Others through Peer Education (HOPE)

Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC)

Tobacco Free Campus Coalition

Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Coalition

For questions concerning the above committees, please email

Students are encouraged to attend any of the Working for Whitewater’s Wellness (W3) team meetings.  As a student, W3 welcomes you to become a member of our Environment Committee, Activities Committee, or Worksite Wellness Committee.  This would be a great way to meet new people and gain valuable real-life experience.  Please visit our calendar page for upcoming meeting dates.  For any inquiries regarding W3 committee meetings, please email us at
