Mental Health Books

Whitewater area mental health advocates, behavioral healthcare providers, and support groups have compiled a list of mental health care books recommendations. This list is not comprehensive, but highlights some of the books we believe you will enjoy. By sharing these books with children, you are beginning to de-stigmatize the conversation around mental health.
